Payment
If you register at the library for the first time, you will have to pay the annual contribution directly at registration. You can pay at the customer service or information desk in cash or by pin. For renewal of your current subscription to the library you will automatically receive an accept giro form.
Ooievaars-pass
The annual library subscription fees are not applicable to holders of the “Ooievaars-pass”. In order to obtain a free library card, we require you to submit your valid Ooievaars-pass, together with your personal and address identification.
You are entitled to an Ooievaars-pass if you are a resident of The Hague and fall under a certain income limit.
The pass is issued by the Municipality of The Hague.
