I lost my library card
Contact the library immediately to report a lost or stolen library card. You can do this by telephone or by addressing the library staff in person at the customer service desk on the Central Library’s ground floor or the information desk of your local branch library.
Your library card will then be blocked to prevent unauthorized use. You will remain responsible for anything borrowed on your card until it is reported lost or stolen, even if it is no longer in your possession.
When applying for a new card you will have to show a valid identification. Replacement library cards are € 2.50.
